✍🏼️New ramen shop that offers Asahikawa style ramen🍜 The thin film of oil coating the surface of the ramen keeps the heat until you finish! The broth was clear and smooth with deep flavours. Although the meat was a bit dry for our liking, these were probably the best Shoyu/Miso ramen we’ve had in awhile👍🏼

位在拉麵街新開的拉麵店🍜店家主打Asahikawa Style，以表面的那層豬油來鎖住湯頭的熱度～湯頭的味道很清順且味道豐富！比較可惜的是豚肉的口感偏乾，但是這兩碗 (醬油和味增) 真的是我們目前吃過最好吃的👍🏼
